MY LATEST CARD CREATIONS!

Been busy making cards these days......some for challenges, some for Mother's Day.....some, just because......hope you like my latest crop!!

I made all these cards with A Muse Artstamps! I love all their cute images and great sayings!!

This first one is my Strawberry Hello! I cut the big strawberry with my MM slice, using the Spring card.

A fun birthday card

Another great Birthday card

The next card I made for my mother for Mother's Day

This is a nice masculine birthday card! I stamped the recliner stamp on brown gingham check a muse paper and cut it out!

Here is a card I made for a First Communion using a butterfly punch, and of course, an a muse ribbon and stamp!

I made this card using a playing card, a 3 of spades. I used alcohol inks to color the background, then stamped my A Muse coral stamp with Versafine Sepia... I turned the spades into little fishes, using little twinkle stickers, aren't they cute? I stamped 2 different A Muse fish and the scallop shell, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out....added a little pearl to the scallop shell and a little bling to the fish eyes and then used foam tape to adhere them to the card to give them a little 3D effect. adhered the playing card to a kraft colored cardstock card , tied an a muse polka dot sheer ribbon around it and then stamped hello in Versafine black ink. I loved the way this came out, too cute!! After seeing how cute this came out, all my decks of cards might come up missing a few cards from the suit of spades!!

and one more Mother's Day card

Thanks for checking out all my cards!!

ANOTHER A MUSE PAJAMA PARTY!!

A Muse had another Pajama Party last Saturday night...they are always so much fun, and I love chatting with all my A Muse Lounge friends on Yahoo. Wouldn't you know that right before the pajama party started, my internet connection went down.....for an hour! I was so not happy trying to figure out what the problem was. But I eventually got back up and joined in. I came up with 4 really cute cards this year, and I love all my cards this time!!

First challenge was an inspiration challenge from a photo of some gorgeous cupcakes.....and here is what I came up with:

The second challenge was for multiple images....I did multiple images of 2 stamps, coral and fishy!

The third challenge was for a card influenced by your favorite flower. Well, I really like all the springy daffodils blooming in our yard, so I made this card.....

The fourth and last challenge was to make a Mother's Day card, but it didn't necessarily have to be for your mother....I thought this came out really cute!

Thanks for checking out my cards!!

IT WAS A PEEP-A-LICOUS EASTER!!

I really got Peep fever this year and launched into Peep creativity!

It started with my A Muse stamp "to one of my favorite PEEPS" mmmm, I LOVE peeps, although for eating, I really only like the yellow chicks.....but it started me wanting the cute little A Muse Peep bunny stamp (it's on my wish list.... *sigh*) Then on Facebook, I saw a post about Peepshi......Peeps +Sushi = Peepshi. they looked so darn cute......then my brother told me that his friend was bringing fixing for champagne cocktails.......so I thought, gee, wouldn't it be fun to have appetizers? And I immediately thought of PEEPSHI!!!! And therein was the downfall of my Easter table decorations and John's Easter card...

John's Easter card was really the beginning of the end......and as it turns out, my MM Slice Spring card, happens to have Peep bunny and chick shapes. I cut the little peep chick and bunny, ran them through the Xyron to apply adhesive, and then dipped them in glitter.....they truly looked sugar coated....affixed them to the card with foam tape, and some felt flower border and a very springy Eastery card is born......inside, I used that a muse "to one of my favorite PEEPS" stamp....because he is my favorite PEEP!!!

I was really on a roll now, so the table decorations became chick oriented.....aren't these chickie dishes cute? You can bake in them too!! I filled them up with all kinds of Easter egg treats and jelly beans!!
Then I cut out the peep chick with my MM Slice Spring card die cut for the tags, wrote everyone's name on a chick, wrapped the goodies all up in springy cellophane, tied a bow with a springy green sheer ribbon, attached the chick and voila, table favors/place cards !!!!!

then there was the Peepshi.......they came out adorable, and well, they were quite tasty!! And colorful!! First there was Peepshi.....

Then I moved on to Peepshimi......

And them I put together a Peep-Peep Platter......

Yes indeed, we had a Peep-a-licious Easter this year, and it was very sweet indeed!!
